A downtown West Palm Beach development site has hit the market. The property is being marketed without a price, but word has it that the owners are seeking around $38 million.

Before the recession, the Opera Place condo had been planned for the property, located at 419 Lakeview Avenue. Now the owner, Cyma Finance, is now calling the land Lakeview Centre, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Plans currently call for two tall towers, rising 26 and 30 stories, with space for 350 residential units, 250 hotel rooms, 317,179 square feet of office and 57,710 square feet of retail. [Palm Beach Post] – Christopher Cameron
