While the sunbather was included accidentally, the issue raises privacy concerns over the use of drones commercially. On Tuesday, the U.S. Aviation Safety Board classified drones as aircrafts and said that the Federal Aviation Administration can take action against anyone who operates an unmanned aircraft in a careless or reckless manner, boosting efforts to manage the use of drones.

While drones are banned for commercial use, they are still used by brokers looking to get impressive aerial shots without the expense of engaging a helicopter. [Palm Beach Post] – Jennifer White Karp
