Many units were reserved prior to the sales center’s opening Wednesday night. Located on Donald Ross Road and Prosperity Farms Road, the 113-unit waterfront development has condos ranging in price from $900,000 to $2 million. Development is being led by Frankel Enterprises, which also worked on the Valencia, San Michele and Admiral’s Cove communities in Jupiter. The 14-acre community will be spread out between two buildings and feature an enclosed parking garage, garden walks, fountains and a gated entry with 24-hour security.

Condo units can vary in size up to 3,800 square feet with double master bedrooms and boat docks. The first building is nearly at the half-sold mark and is expected to be completed by mid-2016. According to the Palm Beach Post, the land was purchased in April for $10 million. Buyers so far have been mixed between full-time residents and those who intend to own second homes, said Allen Ball, Azure’s director of sales. [Palm Beach Post]Chris Guanche
