Pearl House project in Bay Harbor Islands opens preconstruction sales

Preconstruction sales are open at Pearl House, a Bay Harbor Islands condo tower set to open in 2017.

The seven-story building with 15 residences occupying 25,592 square feet of space is being developed by the international Verzasca Group LLC as their first U.S. project. Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc., the residences will offer multiple configuration with units ranging in size from 1,440 to 2,259 square feet, according to a news release.

Residences will be priced starting at $540,000 up to $972,370, and the building will include a rooftop pool, barbecue area and electric vehicle charging stations. Sales are being handled by Weichert, Realtors. — Chris Guanche
