Foundation poured for first tower at Paraiso Bay

Nearly a month after receiving a $93 million construction loan for its 53-story tower at Paraiso Bay, Related Group poured the foundation for the tower, the first of four in the complex.

The first tower will have 325 units out of the complex’s planned 1,300 units, the Next Miami reported. Two acres of parks and green space will be available to residents, and a small portion of that will be open to the public.

The first tower, designed by Arquitectonica, is scheduled for completion in 2016 and will have swimming pools and tennis courts, among other amenities. [The Next Miami] — Katherine Kallergis
