PHOTOS: On the scene at Park Grove’s cocktail reception

Mike Fernandez, who recently signed a contract for a condo at Park Grove, celebrated the release of his book, “Humbled by the Journey” with developers of the luxury condo project at a cocktail reception in late January. Pedro Martin and David Martin of Terra Group, and Jorge Perez of Related Group hosted the recently published author and health care billionaire.

Park Grove, at 2701 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, is the first development partnership for Pedro Martin and Jorge Perez. Rem Koolhaas is designing the project, which will include two 20-story, 72-unit condo towers and a third 20-story building with 140 units.

Prices in the 72-unit towers range from $2.1 million to $4.6 million, not including penthouses. Terra and Related hope to start building the project in March. — Katherine Kallergis
