15K-square-foot warehouse in Sunrise sells at a discount

A medical equipment manufacturer recently purchased a nearly 15,000-square-foot warehouse in Sunrise for $1.65 million.

Brennar Real Estate Group handled the sale of the flex building at Sawgrass International Corporate Park.

AG Findings sold the 1.3-acre site at 320 International Parkway to Southern Invest for its corporate headquarters, Brennar announced today. The sale went through on Jan. 29, Broward County property records show.

Kathleen Alberts and Helen Weissman of Brennar represented the seller, and Joseph Pelayo of Total Real Estate Consultants represented the buyer.

The warehouse has three loading doors, 40 parking spaces and was built in 1992. The site last sold in June 2012 for $1.75 million, but its highest sale price was in October 2009 when it sold for nearly $1.83 million.
