Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences celebrated the groundbreaking of its second luxury condo tower last weekend, about a month after it topped off the first tower.

Indianapolis 500 driver and “Dancing with the Stars” competitor Helio Castroneves, who purchased a unit in the south tower recently, attended the event, along with developers, a team from Coastal Construction and about 400 people.

Residences of the twin 25-story towers will have access to a full-service yacht club and marina. The Plaza Group and DevStar Group are developing the project. The first tower will open this summer. — Katherine Kallergis
