Jeff Greene picks up 29.5 acres of industrial property in Palm Beach County

Billionaire real estate investor Jeff Greene just scooped up 29.5 acres of industrial property in unincorporated Palm Beach County next to Florida’s Turnpike for $7.1 million.

The property is made up of two vacant lots stacked on top of each other at 1501 Meathe Drive and Hoffman Road. Palm Beach County’s property appraiser values the parcels at a combined $5.5 million.

Duke Realty sold the property to 1520 Vista, a Palm Beach company that’s managed by Stuart Grossman, who is Greene’s lawyer, according to public records.

Greene, who has already sunk about $250 million in Palm Beach County real estate, sold 26 acres of industrial land for $10.75 million in January, two miles away from the 29.5 acres he just purchased.

The real estate entrepreneur also made headlines when he listed his Beverly Hills estate for an astronomical $195 million.
