PHOTOS: On the scene at Miami Golden’s Casa Playa event

Miami Golden, the developer behind Casa Playa in Golden Beach, held a private event for attendees and prospective buyers to view the design vision for the oceanfront spec home located at 699 Ocean Boulevard.

Designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design, the single-family home includes 6,000 square feet of terraces and a 5,000-square-foot home spa and fitness level. Casa Playa will have eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and access to a private beach.

The team is waiting on final approvals, but when cleared, construction will finish in 18 months. The property is on the market for $36 million and is being marketed by The Alexander Team.

The event also included a preview of The Ark, a recently completed 9,000-square-foot home at 480 Ocean Boulevard, also developed by Miami Golden. — Katherine Kallergis
