Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $3.4 million to nearly $19 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a Fort Lauderdale house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 Single-family home developer Todd Glaser is selling the nine-bedroom, 11-bathroom, two-half-bath mansion at 4385 Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach. The 13,445-square-foot waterfront estate was previously owned by sports agents Drew Rosenhaus and his brother, Jason, who sold it to Glaser in August for $5.7 million. Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman has the listing for 4395 Pine Tree Drive. It’s on the market for $18.95 million.

#2 Nancy Batchelor of the Nancy Batchelor Team has the listing for this Capobella penthouse unit. The eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom and two-half-bath unit includes the rooftop and is on the market for $17 million. The 7,980-square-foot condo includes three poolside cabanas, three staff quarters and 10 parking spaces. The building is located at 5025 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. It was built in 1998.

#3 Unit 3303 in the Continuum South is on the market for $15 million. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom condo has 3,335 square feet. Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris has the listing at 100 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach.

#1 A waterfront house in Jupiter was listed for $8 million. The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 118 Clipper Lane has 8,941 square feet, waterfall rock gardens, landscaped gardens and a fire pit. Lori Schacter of Illustrated Properties has the listing.

#2 Nancy Gefen and Kathy Green of Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International have the listing for 2741 Spanish River Road in Boca Raton. The three-bedroom, five-bathroom house was last sold in December 2013 for nearly $6 million. The 5,553-square-foot home is on the market for $7.4 million.

#3 A restored 1938 John Volk-designed home in West Palm Beach is on the market for $6.75 million. Sabra Kirkpatrick of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing. The six-bedroom, eight-and-half-bathroom estate is at 5815 South Flagler Drive.

Broward

#1 A house in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $4 million. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home at 3356 Northeast 42nd Court was last sold in 2008 for $2 million. Nurdan Yildirim of Turnberry International Realty has the listing for the 8,634-square-foot house.

#2 Elite International Realty’s Fernando Muharram has the listing for 3951 South Ocean Drive, unit 2101 in Hollywood. The 3,163-square-foot unit is on the market for $3.6 million. It has four bedrooms and five baths.

#3 A five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $3.4 million. The 5,610-square-foot home at 1728 Southeast Ninth Street was built in 1996 and sold the same year for $1.5 million. Lucy Weber of Better Homes & Gardens Florida 1st has the listing.
