Compson Associates releases plans for Boca Raton condos

A Boca Raton-based developer has announced plans to build a 170-unit condominium tower in its hometown.

Tower 155 will be adjacent to Mizner Park in the city’s downtown area. It is being developed by Compson Associates, which also built the mixed-use Renaissance Commons in Boca Raton.

The tower will have 30 floor plans, which include two-story penthouses, each with 10-foot ceilings and and Bosch appliances, according to a press release.

Amenities include a rooftop sundeck, smart technology, business lounge and private shuttle to downtown Boca Raton.

“We’re really proud of this latest development project; it has luxury written all over it. Tower 155 will feature top of the line features throughout the units,” says James Comparato, president of Compson, in a statement. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
