Xiaoxiao Zhang was hired at Beacon Hill Property Group as its director of investment sales for Asia. Zhang worked at the Mandarin Oriental and Conrad hotels in Miami, and most recently with Olympic Metals.

Raquel Catalano was hired as a Beacon Hill leasing manager. Catalano was previously an operational partner at a large national restaurant group in Miami-Dade.

Beacon Hill also brought on Nicholas Hissong as a leasing and investment sales manager. Hissong has experience with real estate finance and investments.

Alexander Riera joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as a senior marketing director, where he’s working on Park Grove, Bath Club Estates and the Shore Club.

CPA firm Moore Stephens Lovelace brought on Boris Kushnir as a senior manager in the firm’s Miami office. Kushnir has 19 years of accounting and finance experience.
