Lina Barcelo of One Sotheby’s brokered the deal. Barcelo told The Real Deal the sellers are moving to Delray Beach. The buyer, she said, is a Chicago investor who owns another unit in the building.

Continuum South is 40 stories tall. The Continuum was completed in 2002, and amenities include a full service beach club, tennis courts, two lagoon-style pools, a gym, spa and professional lap pool, according to the MLS.
