Modern Mid-Beach home sells for $7.9M

A modern, new-construction home in Mid-Beach has been sold for $7.9 million.

Located at 5245 Pinetree Drive in Miami Beach, the house measures just under 7,000 square feet and sits on a 14,640-square-foot lot that faces the Intracoastal Waterway.

It has two stories and is coated with an all-white limestone color scheme both inside and out. The interiors include marble finishes in both the kitchen and master bathrooms, ceilings that rise past 20 feet and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

The home also has its own elevator, which can take you to the 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck, plus an outdoor pool and dock.

Michel Bitton of Gary Hennes Realtors brought the buyers, a pair of U.S. citizens that had been living abroad.

“Basically what my clients were looking for was modern, lots of windows and open space,” Bitton told The Real Deal. “We were extremely happy with the property once we saw it.”

Bitton declined to name his clients.

The listing agent was Esther Percal of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell. She represented the property’s owners, who paid $5.25 million to purchase the home from its developers right after it was built in 2010, according to Miami-Dade County property records.
