RelatedISG acquires Broward firm, opens Gables branch

RelatedISG International Realty expanded to Coral Gables and added to its Fort Lauderdale brokerage, the company announced on Friday.

RelatedISG, a joint venture between the Related Group and ISGWorld, partnered with Plan B International Realty to open an office in the building at 2199 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. The Gables office now has 14 agents with plans to add three more by the end of the week, a spokesperson told The Real Deal. 

“Coral Gables is a place with some of the most coveted homes in the region,” Alex Vidal, president of RelatedISG International Realty, said in a statement. “With over 200 Realtors having joined in the last 14 months, we look forward to supplying them with a new office location to extend their client reach and sustain the unprecedented growth of our company.”

The brokerage also aquired Donna Incorvaja’s Donna Home Expert Team of five sales agents in Fort Lauderdale, bringing the total to 50 associates in Broward. In July, RelatedISG expanded to Edgewater with a two-story, loft-style office that spans 2,100 square feet.  — Katherine Kallergis
