    A Cleveland-based owner and manager of medical office buildings bought one in Boynton Beach for $14.8 million. Woodside Health bought the 50,000-square-foot Boynton Beach Medical Center. Bob Mion and John DePersio, agents of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, helped to close the deal, which closed at $296 per square foot.

    The building at 10151 Enterprise Circle Boulevard in suburban Boynton Beach last sold in 2007 for $10 million, or $200 per square foot. The Palm Beach Post also reported that Barclays Bank made an $11.5 million mortgage loan to Woodside Health.   [Palm Beach Post]Mike Seemuth
