    Sunrise-based GL Homes held a grand opening yesterday for nine model homes at Valencia Bay, a single-family home development west of Boynton Beach.

    A Cleveland-based owner and manager of medical office buildings bought one in Boynton Beach for $14.8 million. Woodside Health bought the 50,000-square-foot Boynton Beach Medical Center. Bob Mion and John DePersio, agents of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, helped to close the deal, which closed at $296 per square foot.

    The building at 10151 Enterprise Circle Boulevard in suburban Boynton Beach last sold in 2007 for $10 million, or $200 per square foot. The Palm Beach Post also reported that Barclays Bank made an $11.5 million mortgage loan to Woodside Health.   [Palm Beach Post]Mike Seemuth

    Hunters Run, a gated residential community in Boynton Beach, will recover about $28,000 of fees to support a municipal public art program, and city commissioners agreed to narrow the scope of the fees.

    Eight companies affiliated with custom home builder John B. Kennelly will try to sell or refinance properties in Broward and Palm Beach counties to pay off defaulted debt.
