The franchise brokerage has expanded rapidly in global market over the past years under William Soteroff, the current president. The company recently expanded into Italy and added 12 more market centers. At the end of March, the brokerage had 8,385 agents outside of North America.

In the U.S., Keller Williams is investing heavily in building out its internal technology platforms to remain competitive, a recent internal shakeup saw the company’s founder return to the helm and its model has been under scrutiny after 15,000 “ghost agents” were purged from its books earlier this year.
