For three days this February, the Bahamas will be the epicenter of the real estate industry.

Major developers and investors, representing over $50 billion in assets, are flocking to Baha Mar for this year’s Future City executive retreat. This elite group of industry leaders will come together from February 25-27 for off-the-record conversations and insider perspectives on the trends shaping our urban environment — and make the connections that will help them build it.

Our executive retreat brings leaders from around the industry together to learn from academics, architects, designers, and each other, all while networking with peers from around the nation. Future City gets you in the room with the real estate players behind the biggest deals and most important developments in the country, including some of the largest landlords in NYC, major C&I developers in Texas, and investors who are taking over the red-hot South Florida market.

Some of the standouts from this year’s Future City attendees roster include:

Ari Rastagar, one of the largest developers in Texas, behind Tesla’s Gigafactories in Austin.

Michael Stern, principal at JDS and developer of the Steinway Tower, Walker Tower, American Copper, The Brooklyn Tower and much more.

Gregg Pasquerelli, principal of SHoP Architects

Isaac Toledano, one of the most prolific developers in South Florida, with 8 projects in the works in Miami
