What does a second Trump term mean for the real estate industry? Will interest rates fall as promised? And what does Elon Musk’s new role in government signal for the future of tech?

Top-level executives who can answer these pressing questions will give their firms an edge in the crucial year ahead.

Join us at Future City 2025, where leading developers and real estate investors will chart the path that the industry will take over the next 12 months and beyond.

TRD’s signature executive retreat will be held from March 9 to 11 in a new location — The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island in South Carolina, the luxury beachside getaway voted No. 1 Resort in the South in Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards.

Over the course of three days, 150 VIPs will attend off-the-record presentations by industry experts on future-facing topics including construction robotics, 3D-printed developments, responsive architecture, and more.

These inspirational sessions will be punctuated by lively discussions between attendees, where real estate’s biggest movers and shakers can trade their insights and inspire one another to push the boundaries of urban development.

This year’s new location opens up an exciting range of downtime activities, including the first-ever TRD Future City Golf Invitational, where eight parties of four will compete for bragging rights on Kiawah Island’s legendarily exclusive PGA Championship course. Attendees can also enjoy a relaxing 5k run along the scenic Kiawah Island shoreline, test their skeet shooting skills, play a few sets of pickleball or refine their palate with a private distillery tour.

Confirmed attendees this year include David Schwartz, Michael Hershman, Ari Rastegar, Ilija Pavlovic and Ariel Aufgang, with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
