The Alexander brothers were found guilty on all 10 counts in their federal sex trafficking trial.

The jury delivered its verdict on Monday, marking the end of a five-week trial where jurors heard testimony from 11 women who say they were attacked by one or more of the brothers and saw evidence, including scores of texts, emails, photos and other documents, presented by prosecutors. The jury was comprised of six men and six women.

Oren, Alon and Tal face a minimum sentence of 15 years and the possibility of life in prison. Judge Valerie Caproni will conduct a sentencing hearing on Aug. 6.

The brothers were convicted on 10 total counts related to sex trafficking, including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Prosecutors alleged that between 2008 and 2021, the Alexanders orchestrated a scheme to lure women to luxury destinations such as the Hamptons, the Bahamas and Aspen, where they and other men allegedly drugged and raped them.

All three Alexanders were also found guilty of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and inducement to travel to engage in unlawful sexual activity related to Oren’s alleged rape of Bela Koval in the Hamptons in 2016

Tal was found guilty on one count of sex trafficking tied to the alleged rape of Lindsey Acree in the Hamptons in 2011. The jury found him guilty of sex trafficking Maya Miller in 2014 and guilty on charges that he induced Miller to travel to the Hamptons to engage in unlawful sexual activity.

Tal and Alon were found guilty of sex trafficking Isa Brooks, who was 16 years old at the time of her alleged attack in the Hamptons in 2009.

Oren and Alon were found guilty of aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse related to Rhonda Stone, who testified that she was drugged and raped by the twins on a 2012 cruise from Miami to the Bahamas.

Oren was found guilty of sexual exploitation of a minor. Amelia Rosen testified she was 17 years old when Oren allegedly drugged and raped her and filmed the attack.

The Alexander brothers pleaded not guilty to the charges and have denied the allegations. During their trial, attorneys for the Alexanders argued that the alleged victims who testified at trial were motivated by civil lawsuits, as well as shame and regret surrounding what they characterized as consensual sexual encounters. Only two of the women who testified —  Acree and Maylen Gehret — filed lawsuits against one or more of the brothers. The other alleged victims testified under pseudonyms.

The defense attorneys pointed to inconsistencies in the women’s testimony and what they told federal investigators and their friends and family before addressing the jury. They also argued prosecutors had little evidence that the brothers surreptitiously drugged women, pointing to a lack of toxicology, medical or police reports from the time of the attacks.

The Alexanders’ attorneys put on a short case, which included testimony from a Douglas Elliman real estate agent in the Hamptons, two private chefs the brothers hired for their summer rentals in the Hamptons, and one of Alon’s ex-girlfriends.

The Alexanders have been in custody since their December 2024 arrests. They were transported to New York the following month and have since been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

In December 2024, Oren and Alon were also charged with sexual battery in Miami-Dade County. A family friend, Ohad Fisherman, was charged in connection with one of the alleged attacks in Miami, though prosecutors dropped the charges against him in July after his trial began.  Fisherman worked with Oren as a real estate agent in Miami and held his license with Official, the Side-backed brokerage firm that Oren and Tal co-founded and led until 2024.
