Toll Brothers is moving forward with another high-end development in the Denver area.
The Pennsylvania-based home builder is planning 118 home sites in unincorporated Douglas County, near Parker, the Denver Business Journal reported.
The single-family home development, called MeadowRock, will rise on 282 acres at the intersection of Hilltop Road and Singing Hills Road, according to planning documents filed in Douglas County. The homes will have one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 3,400 to 6,000 square feet.

Prices are expected to start at $1.4 million. Site work is underway, and sales are expected to start soon.
Toll Brothers has several developments underway across Greater Denver.
In Littleton, the firm is in development on Gables Angeline, a 243-unit apartment complex, in partnership with Atlanta-based Gables Residential. The project is Toll Brothers’ first multifamily community in Colorado. The development received a $57 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase.
Toll Brothers opened its suburban Ken-Caryl Ranch community last year, with 108 single-family homes priced at about $770,000. Another master-planned community from Toll Brothers, ParkVue on the Platte, is a townhome development with units priced at over $600,000.
The average home price in the Denver metropolitan area was $531,000 last month, down 4.3 percent from the previous year, according to Zillow.
Denver had three home sales over $10 million last year, according to Compass Luxury’s 2025 Ultra-Luxury Report.
The market “is on the cusp of a major breakout,” wrote Compass’ Jeff Hendley. It has major employers in tech, aerospace and defense, energy, health care and financial services.
Besides that, Denver’s investments in pro sports also appeal to companies and wealthy individuals relocating to Colorado, Hendley wrote. That includes a $50 million National Women’s Soccer League stadium and a multibillion-dollar stadium for the Denver Broncos.— Chris Malone Méndez
