Sports fans, take note. A Sotheby’s Real Estate office in Phoenix is marketing homes just for you.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty has listed luxury homes for the ultimate sports buff timed for the start of the MLB regular season and the NCAA Men’s Final Four, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.
Sotheby’s is one of the many companies capitalizing on the market interest with luxe properties, including a 12,000-square-foot mansion built two years ago in Scottsdale with its own ice hockey rink, now listed for $12.5 million.
The Phoenix real estate brokerage put up seven lavish homes with a focus on fitness and sports.
Among them is a 6,900-square-foot home in Mesa with a 50,000-gallon diving pool with waterslide listed for $2.63 million. The home has a 25-person gas fire pit, lighted sport court, outdoor kitchen and a private pool bath.
An 8,000-square-foot home in Tucson listed for $2.9 million comes with an indoor racquetball court and pickleball conversion kit, basketball court, heated saltwater pool with aqueducts, a commercial-grade fitness center and an indoor heated and jetted endless pool.
There’s a 4,800-square-foot home in Paradise Valley listed for $4 million with a new heated pool, spa and white travertine deck, plus an in-ground trampoline, cornhole, bocce ball, putting green and an outdoor gym.
How about the 5,600-square-foot home on 1.5 acres in Scottsdale listed for $7 million replete with a massive pool and spa, floodlit sports court and a putting green?
Ditto the 6,300-square-foot home, also in Scottsdale, listed for $8 million with a pool and splash pad, built-in barbecue, covered patios and professional-grade sport court.
A 13,200-square-foot mansion on 2.6 acres in Scottsdale listed for $8 million comes with a gymnast set-up with a trampoline, tumble track, foam pit and more. It also has a huge heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, wet bar, two waterfalls and a resort-style swim-up bar.
The 14,300-square-foot mansion in Scottsdale listed for $14.5 million may be geared more for the couch sports fan. Its top floor turns into an entertainment hub, with a theater with a balcony, one of several bar/billiard rooms and a bonus workout/Peloton room.
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Division I Tournament’s final games are scheduled April 6-8 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale just outside Phoenix.
