Real estate pratfalls take theater by storm

Apparently there was a larger market for real estate comedy than Charles Grodin anticipated, because a New York City agent has written “Co-Op: A Comedy of Epic Pretensions,” a new musical comedy. Written by John Cecil, a broker with Bellmarc Realty, the farce is opening at the Producers Club at 358 West 44th Street and will be performed Thursday and Friday evenings at 8 p.m. from June 2 to June 17th.
