Ratner switches tracks at Atlantic Yards

Developer Bruce Ratner, who aims to bring the Nets to Brooklyn, has proposed adding another 1,500 condominiums to the planned 4,500 apartment rentals on the 21-acre Atlantic Yards site, according to the Post. The Daily News says Ratner has been quietly buying up property where he will put the Nets arena, and is considering adding a hotel and up to 2,800 apartments to the plan. more [Post]
