Olympic decisions could impact city

The International Olympics Committee is expected to release today an evaluation of the cities vying for the 2012 summer Games, including New York. A favorable review by the committee could boost proponents of the proposed West Side stadium. Negative comments could all but derail the possibility of the Olympics in the Big Apple.
