Ratner spreading wealth to smooth arena fears

Developer Bruce Ratner will offer residents impacted by his proposed $3.5 billion arena in Prospect Heights free rent and moving expenses to temporarily relocate, the Daily News is reporting. Residents who don’t move will be offered cash. Ratner is expected to announce the offer within the next few weeks.
