New luxury condo going up on Park Avenue

The Icon Group plans to build a 15-story, luxury condo at 985 Park Avenue between 83rd and 84th streets, replacing an existing brownstone. The 25-foot-wide, 16,000-square-foot building designed by Costas Kondylis will have six duplexes and one triplex, all going for around $2,000 a square foot, according to Icon. more [Post]
