More than two-thirds of the 250 units in a new 50-story luxury condo at 325 Fifth Avenue are now in contract, The Real Deal has learned. The tower, a joint venture between Continental Properties and Douglaston Development, is going up between 32nd and 33rd streets, along a stretch of Fifth that has been dubbed in recent months SoFi South Fifth Avenue. Starting prices for the one- to four-bedroom units range from about $850,000 to more than $5 million, according to a release Monday afternoon from Continental.
