Luxury building in Harlem fills up

In what could be a sign of luxury things to come in Harlem, more than half of the residences in the Walden, a condo building at 130th Street and Park Avenue, have been sold since sales started three months ago today, The Real Deal has learned. Brokered by Prudential Douglas Elliman, the Walden includes 25 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including six penthouses, ranging from $405,000 to $995,000.
