Barnett: I would build a Nets arena

Gary Barnett, president of Extell Development Company, said Monday his company would build an arena for the New Jersey Nets should Extell land the development rights for the Atlantic rail yards in Downtown Brooklyn. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is this week considering rival bids from Extell and Nets owner Bruce Ratner. more [NYT]
