Developer Henry Justin is in contract to convert 31 East 28th Street near Madison Square Park into 20 condo units and two duplexes, The Real Deal has learned. The conversion of the commercial building will cost about $19.5 million and will leave Justin with around 43,000 square feet available for residential sale. The condo units will range from about 1,775 to 1,950 square feet, said Justin, who has also developed the Cass Gilbert and The Heywood.
