Manhattan MLS launched

While the rest of the country has multiple listing services, the city has been without one. The Manhattan Association of Realtors, started in 2001 and made up mostly of smaller firms, has launched Manhattan MLS. The new Internet data exchange, started this summer and formally announced Thursday, allows association brokers to voluntarily advertise their listings and other association brokers’ listings on their Web sites. more [Inman]
