Condo conversion for Gramercy Park building

Vesta Development plans to convert the building it recently bought at 231-235 East 17th Street for $10.25 million into 13 luxury condos. The 31,000-square-foot building, overlooking Stuyvesant Square Park and featuring a two-story chapel, was sold by the Hazelden Foundation.
