The average price of a Manhattan apartment slumbered above $1 million in July, continuing a trend that might have raised eyebrows last summer, but that now seems almost natural. West Side two-bedrooms, especially, registered an increase.
Manhattan apartment prices averaged more than $1.11 million in July, 4 percent higher than the same month last year, according to data released Wednesday afternoon by Halstead Property. more
