City may ease South Park Slope height regs

The city is developing a proposal to ease height restrictions in 50 square blocks on side of South Park Slope’s Fourth Avenue. The maximum height in that slice of Brooklyn would be raised to 12 stories tantamount to the maximum height in Union Square.
