Mark David & Company opens second office

Boutique residential firm Mark David & Company plans to open its second New York City office, The Real Deal has learned. The new, 4,000-square-foot office will be at 560 Broadway in Soho, and can house up to 50 brokers. The firm’s headquarters are on Madison Avenue.
