Median condo price tops single-family price

The median price in 2004 of a condo was higher than that of a single-family home, according to figures from the National Association of Realtors. This is the first time condos have bested single-family homes since the association started tracking the median prices. In June, the median price of a condo nationwide was $223,500, compared with $218,000 for a traditional house. more [WSJ]
