Rockrose buys Park Avenue South building

Rockrose gobbled up another building in Manhattan, this time farther up the island than its last acquisitions in the Financial District. This one, at 27th Street and Park Avenue, is a 228,327-square-foot office building bought from Swedish Match North America for a reported $70 million or $306 a square foot.
