104 buildings sold in one of year’s biggest deals

A joint venture between the Pinnacle Group and the Praedium Fund has bought for $500 million 104 apartment buildings with nearly 3,000 units. The buildings, sold by Baruch Singer, were on the Upper West Side, in Morningside Heights and in Harlem.
