Brooklyn Heights residents fighting new condos

Some Brooklyn Heights residents are threatening a lawsuit to stop the development of about 1,200 luxury condos on the Brooklyn waterfront. The condos are part of a planned $150 million, 85-acre riverside park, the borough’s first major park in 135 years.
