Sales so brisk, 15 Broad Street adding condos

Sales at Lower Manhattan’s 15 Broad Street, otherwise known as Downtown by Philippe Starck, have been so brisk that developer Leviev Boymelgreen is adding another 56 apartments to the original 326 units.

Bassie Deitsch, director of marketing for Leviev Boymelgreen, said the former JP Morgan headquarters which was only partially converted to condominiums recently designated four additional floors for residential units. Much of the development’s appeal has been attributed to high-profile French designer Philippe Starck, who included a bowling alley, dance studio and topiary wall among the many amenities. more
