AmEx to take 200,000 feet Downtown

Gov. George Pataki said Friday afternoon that American Express would lease an additional 200,000 square feet at the World Financial Center. The financial giant earlier this year reportedly committed to 20,000 square feet in 7 World Trade Center. That 52-story building set to open next year remains otherwise devoid of tenants. more [NYO]
