Parish house finds (condo) life after rentals

Sales have started at The Abbey condominium on East 16th Street. Built in 1888, it was originally the parish house for St. George’s Church and was converted to rentals in the 1990s. Now, it houses 31 condos ranging from $690,000 studios to $4.15 million three-bedrooms.
