Extell buys far West Side block for $23M

Extell Development Corporation has bought a block of land on the far West Side for $23 million. The block, on 10th Avenue between 30th and 31st streets, currently has a 2-story garage, a 5-story residential building, and a sliver of empty land. With the purchase of additional air rights from the Metropolitan Transit Authority, Extell could build about 315,360 square feet on the block. more [NREI]
