Holland makes housing inroads in Harlem

Former New York state housing commissioner Joseph Holland has made inroads as a residential real estate developer in Harlem. Pursuing what he’s called “gentrification without displacement,” Holland has had a recent hand in the Lenox, a 77-unit luxury condo tower at 129th Street and Lenox Avenue, and Fifth on the Park, a 155-unit condo tower that recently broke ground at 120th Street and Fifth Avenue. more [NYT]
