Top floors of 1450 Broadway going condo

The top 20 floors of 1450 Broadway, a 42-story office building at the southeast corner of 41st Street owned by the Moinian Group, are being converted to condos. Michael Shvo, whose eponymous firm is marketing the condos, told The Real Deal that the studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms will be ready for sale in about eight months. The rest of the building will be left commercial. The units at 1450 Broadway will join those in Bryant Park Tower (view offering plan) and in 485 Fifth Avenue as the only condos in the immediate area of Bryant Park.
