Mayor may now dominate Ground Zero debate

Michael Bloomberg’s re-election victory Tuesday insures that the debate over what to do with Ground Zero will continue with one of its key players. Bloomberg in recent weeks has signaled his displeasure with World Trade Center landlord Larry Silverstein and with Gov. George Pataki, who himself will leave public office next winter.
