U.S. condo market should exit 2005 strongly

While recent reports have the condo market in New York City cooling, taken nationally, the condo market looks different: This year is on pace to be the 10th consecutive record-making year in terms of rising U.S. condo prices and the number of condo sales. Median condo prices, in fact, should remain above those for single-family homes as 2005 closes.
