Demand for condos down, but not at all out

The blood lust for new condos may have ebbed a tad as the housing market cools, but the demand still remains for the thousands of new units that will have been built in the New York market by the end of 2005. The demand seems the highest on the higher-end, like with fresh projects such as 15 Central Park West and the Meier-designed tower at 165 Charles Street. more [NYT]
